What is Pilates?

Pilates is a versatile and challenging exercise suite that strengthens your body and improves core, balance, posture, mobility, flexibility and cardio (heart) fitness. While stretching is part of warm-up and cool-down, it’s not the focus. Pilates targets your whole body. It can be layered to suit all levels, from beginner, to elite, to elderly or injured.
