Cardio

45 min. Intermediate to advanced.

5 min warm-up and cool-down (vital to prevent injury).

8 exercises in 2 blocks of 4, repeated 3 times with a finisher of 3 exercises for 1 min each to achieve that full cardio benefit.

Options to push yourself. Tough but fun and mindful of skill and ability.

Hardio

45 min. Intermediate to advanced.

5 min warm-up and cool-down (vital to prevent injury).

Class is broken into sections; arms/upper body, glutes, legs, core & abs.

Each exercise is 1 min. At 45 sec, I demo the next move so you can transition at 1 min straight to the next exercise.

We do this for 17 min before taking a 1 min break halfway through class.

It’s not easy but if you want an exercise high & to feel like you’ve had a really challenging workout, give hardio a go, go, go!

Bring hand weights. Low impact options if you don’t want to jump!

For some people, the ‘simple’ act of standing is difficult. This class strengthens your core which aids a wide range of everyday tasks.
